Cannes Film Festival

The Cannes Film Festival is an annual event held in the city of Cannes, France. Every year, actors, producers, filmmakers, directors, and distributors from all over the world gather together to watch some of the best and most interesting movies, film shorts, and documentaries. During the festival, a jury, made up of eminent industry professionals, awards prizes to the best movies and documentaries. Winners may receive awards, such as a Golden or Silver Palm. This year's Festival will take place from May 11-22. It's a great event to watch because you get to see some of the newest and best films and meet some of the most important people in the film industry!
