Cap cai

Cap cai is a type of stir-fry dish that comes from Indonesia. It usually contains lots of yummy vegetables like carrots, bell peppers, onions, and cabbage, as well as some delicious meat like chicken or beef.

To make cap cai, the cook starts by chopping up all the vegetables and meat into small pieces. Then they heat up a big wok (a special type of frying pan) and add some oil. Once the oil is hot, they toss in the meat and stir-fry it until it's cooked through.

Next, they add in all the vegetables and stir-fry everything together until the veggies are slightly tender but still crunchy. Sometimes they'll also add some sauces, like soy sauce or oyster sauce, to give the dish some extra flavor.

Finally, they serve the cap cai hot and fresh, usually with some steamed rice on the side. It's a tasty and healthy meal that's perfect for any time of day!
