Car chase

A car chase is when one car tries to catch another car that is driving away. Kind of like playing tag, but with cars instead of people. Sometimes in movies or on the news you might see a car chase where the police are trying to catch a bad guy who is driving away.

The police use their car to chase the other car and try to catch up to it. They will usually turn on their lights and sirens to try and get the other car to stop. The other car might try to drive really fast or take turns quickly so that the police can't catch them.

It's not safe to have a car chase because it can be very dangerous. Both drivers could get hurt or hurt other people if they crash into something. That's why it's important for the police to be trained to do it safely.

In real life, if you ever see a car chase, stay far away from it and tell an adult what you saw. Remember, driving safely is always the best option.
