Carding (fraud)

Carding is when someone uses stolen information to buy things on the internet illegally. It's like shoplifting, but instead of taking things without paying, they use stolen information like credit or debit cards to make purchases. When people card illegally, they are taking money from someone else without the owner's permission. That is fraud, and it's illegal.
