ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Cascade (grape)

Do you know what happens when you pour water over a pile of blocks? The water goes down each and every single block until it reaches the bottom, right? Well, when you eat a grape called cascade, it's a bit like that.

You see, grapes have seeds inside of them that help them to grow into more grape plants. When you eat a grape, you usually spit out the seeds (or sometimes you swallow them too!). But with cascade grapes, you can eat the seeds too!

That's because the seeds in cascade grapes are really small and soft. So, when you chew on them, they break apart and release lots of tasty juice. This means that the flavor of the grape can last much longer in your mouth than other grapes.

So, when you bite into a cascade grape, it's kind of like a little waterfall of flavor that spreads all throughout your mouth. And just like with water and blocks, the flavor cascades all the way down your tongue until it reaches the bottom. Delicious!
