Caste system among Indian Christians

Okay, so in India, some Christians follow something called the caste system. Basically, the caste system is a way of grouping people into different social classes based on things like their family background or their job.

Let's say there are three castes: the rich people, the middle-class people, and the poor people. If you are born into a rich family, you are automatically part of the rich people caste. If you are born into a poor family, you are automatically part of the poor people caste. It doesn't matter how smart or talented you are - your caste is decided when you are born.

Now, some Indian Christians believe in this caste system and apply it to their religious community as well. So they may believe that some Christians are more important or "better" than others based on their caste. This is not fair or right, and many other Indian Christians do not believe in this way of thinking.

It's important to remember that every person is equal in the eyes of God and that we should treat everyone with kindness and respect, no matter their background or social status.
