Castle of La Muela
Okay buddy, so the Castle of La Muela is a really old building that is kind of like a big, fancy house with big walls all around it. It was built a really long time ago, hundreds of years before our parents were born!
Back then, people used castles like La Muela to protect themselves and their families from enemies. The walls were really tall and strong so nobody could get inside and hurt anyone. But the people who lived in the castle needed to be able to get in and out safely, so they made a big door called a gate that they could open and close whenever they needed to go out.
Inside the castle there were lots of rooms for people to live in. There were bedrooms for sleeping, kitchens for cooking, and big halls for eating and having parties with other people.
Nowadays, people visit the castle to learn about what it was like to live in times when castles were built. They also like to take pictures of the beautiful views from the top of the castle walls. But nobody lives in the castle now because there are no more enemies to protect from, and people don't need big walls to be safe anymore.
