Centaur (minor planet)

Centaurs are small, icy, rocky objects that orbit in the middle of two huge planets—Jupiter and Neptune—and circle the sun. They're different than asteroids, since asteroids are mostly found near Earth's orbit and are made of rocks and metals. Centaurs, on the other hand, are made of rocks, water, and ices. They usually live in the middle part of the solar system between Jupiter and Neptune.
