ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Certified Information Systems Auditor

Okay kiddos, let me tell you about something called a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

You know how sometimes you use your computer or tablet to play games or watch funny videos? Well, there are some people who use computers and other technology for their jobs.

But, just like how you have to learn the rules to play a game or the steps to dance to a song, these people also need to learn how to use the technology properly.

That's where a CISA comes in. A CISA is like a teacher who makes sure that the people using technology at their jobs are doing it right and following all the rules to keep sensitive information safe.

They need to know a lot about computers and technology, as well as things like how to make sure passwords are strong, how to detect and stop hackers from getting in, and how to make sure systems are working properly.

And to become a CISA, they have to go through special training and take a big test to show that they know all of this stuff. So basically, they're like superheroes of technology, making sure that important information stays safe and secure.
