Character arc

A character arc is like a journey that a character goes on throughout a story. Just like how you go on a trip and experience different things, a character goes through different situations and learns new things about themselves along the way.

For example, let's say there's a character named Bob. At the beginning of the story, Bob might be scared to try new things or take risks. But as the story goes on, he might face challenges and overcome them, which makes him more confident and willing to take on new challenges.

This change in Bob's personality is his character arc. It's like a story within a story, where the character's growth and development is just as important as the events that are happening around them.

As readers or viewers, we enjoy following a character's arc because it makes them feel more real and relatable. We see ourselves in their struggles and root for them as they overcome obstacles and become better versions of themselves.
