Chelsea Manning is a person who shared a lot of secret government documents to make people aware that the government was doing things wrong. People don't like it when things are done wrong, so they put Chelsea in jail so that no one else would do what she did. But people also understand why she did it and now she is free, which means she can speak out again if she wants to.
