Chemical engineering

Chemical engineering is the use of chemistry and other sciences to make useful things like medicines, food and drinks, and products like cars, appliances, and computer chips. Chemical engineers use their knowledge of chemistry, physics, and other sciences to figure out how to best create products out of different chemicals and materials. This process is called "chemical transformation" and is used to make products safer, more efficient, and better for the environment.
