Chemical weapons

Chemical weapons are very bad things that hurt people very badly if they get sprayed or released in the air. They are made of different chemicals and can be put in bombs, sprays, or even in the water. When people breathe in these chemicals or they touch their skin, it can make them very sick or even kill them.

Think of when you cook something and you accidentally touch a hot pan or stove. It hurts, right? Well, chemical weapons are like that, but much worse. They can cause things like burning, coughing, and difficulty breathing, and sometimes even blindness. This is very dangerous because it can make it very hard for people to fight back or escape.

Countries all over the world have agreed that we should not use them because they harm people so much. It's like a rule we all agreed on. So, it's very important that we make sure these weapons do not get into the hands of bad people or countries.
