Cherokee marbles

Alright kiddo, have you ever played a game with marbles before? Cherokee marbles are a special type of marble that came from the Cherokee people, who are indigenous to North America. These marbles are made from a type of stone called soapstone, which is very soft and easy to shape.

The Cherokee people would carve these marbles by hand, using special tools like chisels and knives. They would make them in many different sizes and colors, from tiny little pebbles to big, bumpy balls.

Now, when it comes to playing with Cherokee marbles, there are lots of different games you can play. Some games are really simple, like just trying to knock marbles out of a circle or hole using other marbles. Other games are more complicated, with different rules about how you can play and score points.

But no matter what game you're playing, it's always fun to hold one of these beautiful marbles in your hand and feel its smooth, cool surface. And even though Cherokee marbles were first made a long time ago, they are still just as fun to play with today!
