Childless Hundred Days

Okay kiddo, so there is this thing called "childless hundred days" which is a tradition in many cultures. It basically means that after a woman has given birth to a baby, she needs to rest and take care of herself for 100 days without doing any hard work or lifting heavy things. This is very important because having a baby can make a woman's body very tired and weak, so she needs time to recover and heal.

During these 100 days, the woman is supposed to eat healthy food, drink lots of water, and get plenty of rest. She should avoid doing any housework or chores that require lifting heavy objects or bending over a lot. Instead, her family and friends will help out by doing these things for her.

This tradition is very important because it helps the new mom to recover faster and be healthy again. It also helps to bond the new baby with his/her mother because the mom can spend more time resting and cuddling with her baby.

So, in summary, the childless hundred days is a time when a new mom gets to rest and take care of herself after giving birth to a baby. It helps her to recover and be healthy again so that she can take care of her new baby.
