Chirpici

Okay kiddo, let's talk about something called chirpici. Have you ever seen a house or a building made out of mud or adobe bricks? Chirpici is kind of like that, but it comes from a really special place in Mexico called Oaxaca.

So chirpici is made from a special kind of dirt mixed with straw, and then they make it into bricks by squishing it together really hard. Once the bricks are made, they let them dry in the sun until they are really hard.

Then, people use these bricks to build their homes or other buildings. The chirpici bricks are really good because they help keep the inside of the house nice and cool during the hot days, and they also keep the warmth inside during the colder nights.

So chirpici is kind of like a special way of building houses in Mexico, using special dirt and straw to make bricks. And it's a really cool way to make sure people have nice, safe places to live.
