Choice-supportive bias is like looking back at something you chose with "rose-colored glasses". Whenever you make a choice, like picking a cereal at the grocery store, you'll be more likely to think that the cereal you chose was the best choice. You might even forget that there were other cereals at the store that were just as good, or maybe even better. Choice-supportive bias helps us to be more confident in our choices, but it can also mean that we don't bother exploring other options.
