Christian nationalist crusade is when people follow the teachings of Christianity but also feel very strongly that they should promote their religion, its values, and laws in society and in their government. They might try to get laws passed that follow Christian beliefs or push for religion to be included in public schools. It's like a crusade because it is a strong effort to spread their beliefs and values.
