When some Christians observe Jewish holidays, they look at it kind of like a special way to remember stories from the Bible. For example, the Jewish holiday of Passover reminds Christians of the time when God helped the people of Israel escape from Egypt (the Bible story in the book of Exodus). So when some Christians observe Passover, they might read the Exodus story from the Bible, or do special activities to remember and celebrate the event. They might also eat different kinds of food that the Jews in the Bible ate during the Exodus journey.
