Christogram

A christogram is a symbol or combination of symbols used to represent Jesus Christ. It usually has the letters IHS or ICO, which stand for Iesus Hominum Salvator (Jesus Savior of Mankind). Sometimes the symbol has a cross, or a chi-rho, which are also symbols for Jesus Christ. Christograms can be used on jewelry, crosses, or special church banners to show that Jesus is loved and respected.
