Cilicia
Cilicia is a land that existed a long, long time ago in what we now call Turkey. It's like a big piece of land with some mountains, rivers, and cities. People used to live there a very long time ago, even before your mommy or daddy was born!
The people who lived in Cilicia were called Cilicians. They were really good at trading things with other people who lived far away. They also had lots of tasty food, like fruits, vegetables, and spices. Yum!
But, like many things in history, Cilicia is not here anymore. It has disappeared and become a part of Turkey. But we can still learn about it today and imagine what it must have been like to live there a long, long time ago!
