Circular procurement

Okay kiddo, have you ever heard of recycling? It’s where we take things like plastic bottles and turn them into something new instead of throwing them away.

Circular procurement is a similar idea, but it’s about the things that the government buys, like office supplies or building materials. Instead of just buying new things every time, they look for things that can be reused, recycled, or fixed up so they don’t have to buy something completely new.

Circular procurement is important because it helps to save money and protect the environment. When we reuse and recycle things, we don’t have to spend as much money buying new things, and we don’t produce as much waste that can hurt the Earth.

So, just like recycling helps us to take care of the planet, circular procurement helps the government take care of the Earth and save money at the same time.
