Cittabhumi

Cittabhumi is a tricky word, but it basically means the "mental level" that we experience in our minds.

Think of your mind like a big room full of toys, books, and games. Sometimes you feel happy and playful like playing with your favorite toys or reading your favorite books, while other times you may feel sad or angry and just want to be alone.

This "mental level" is what we call cittabhumi. It's where all of our feelings and emotions live and it's what shapes our experiences in the world around us.

Just like how you can clean up your room and organize your toys to make it a more peaceful and enjoyable space, you can work on your cittabhumi by practicing things like mindfulness, meditation, and gratitude to help you create a more positive and happy mental space.
