Civil Service Commission (United Kingdom)

In the United Kingdom, a Civil Service Commission is a special organisation that helps the government make sure its employees are treated fairly. The Commission makes sure that government workers are chosen based on their skills, qualifications and experience - not on things like who they know or what political party they support. This helps to make sure that decisions made by the government in the UK are based on what is best for the people, and are not influenced by personal relationships or politics.
