Well, when grown-ups talk about "classical education," they mean a really old way of learning that dates all the way back to ancient Greece and Rome!
See, back then, people believed in studying a lot of different subjects, like language, math, music, and philosophy, and using them all to understand the world around them. They also believed in learning through reading important books, called "classics," and having discussions about what they meant. This way of learning was called "classical" because it was based on the classics.
Today, there are some grown-ups who think this old-fashioned way of learning is really good, and they're trying to bring it back in schools. They believe that if we learn the same way people did 2,000 years ago, we'll be smarter and better prepared for life. They want kids to study lots of different subjects, read lots of old books, and think deeply about what they learn.
