Climate adaptive building shells

Okey dokey, so a building shell is like the outside layer of a house or building. It's what keeps the inside part safe and dry from the outside weather. Now, imagine if you had a special building shell that could change and adapt depending on the weather outside, kind of like a chameleon changes color to blend in with its surroundings. That's what we mean by a climate adaptive building shell!

So, let's say it's really hot outside in the summer. Your climate adaptive building shell might change to let in more cool air to help keep the inside of the building nice and comfy. Or, in the winter when it's really cold and snowy outside, your building shell could change to keep all of the warm air inside so you don't have to use as much heat to keep your building cozy.

Climate adaptive building shells are super cool because they can help save energy and make buildings more comfortable to be in no matter what the weather is like outside. Plus, they're really smart and can change all by themselves without you having to do anything! Pretty neat, huh?
