ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Climate change and birds

Climate change is when the earth's temperature is rising because of things people do like driving cars and using electricity. This makes the air different and can change things like water levels and temperature. Birds are animals that live outside and some of them are affected by climate change because their environment changes. This can affect their food, where they live, and whether they can have babies. Some birds might have to move to a new place because it gets too hot where they live now. This can be hard for birds because they have to find a new home and learn how to survive in a new place. Some birds might also have trouble finding food if their usual food source changes because of climate change. So, climate change affects birds in different ways and we need to pay attention to how we can help them keep living their lives on this planet.
