Climate change in Africa

Climate change is when there are big changes in the weather or the climate around the world. In Africa, these changes are happening faster than anywhere else in the world and they are having a huge effect on people and the environment. For example, in some parts of Africa it's getting hotter and drier, so farmers don't have enough water to grow their crops. In other parts of Africa, the rain is getting heavier which can cause flooding and make it hard for people to live safely. People in Africa are also suffering from more extreme weather like hurricanes, droughts, and floods. That makes it harder for people to get enough food and water and can cause people to move away from their homes.
