Coastal and Estuarine Research Federation

The Coastal and Estuarine Research Federation is like a club of grown-ups who love to learn and play with things that live in the water, rocks and sand near the ocean, and in rivers where the water goes into the sea. They also like to learn about what people do that can help or hurt the water animals and plants.

They talk and have meetings about how to explore the water and land near the ocean, and how to learn about the things living there. They also think about how to use that learning to make things better for the animals and plants and for people who like to play in the water or live near it.

It is like a fun game where people learn about the environment, and then try to use that learning to help the environment be healthy and safe for everyone to enjoy.
