Coasteering

Coasteering is like a big adventure where you get to swim, climb, and explore on the coast. You get to wear special clothing and safety gear, like a helmet and a life jacket, to make sure you stay safe while you play.

You start by jumping or climbing into the water, and then you swim and climb your way along the rocky coast. You might crawl across rocks, swim through waves, and even climb up cliffs!

Sometimes you might need to use special tools, like ropes or harnesses, to climb up or down safely, just like a real adventurer. You get to see all sorts of cool things along the way, like hidden coves, underwater caves, and sea creatures like fish and crabs.

But don't worry, you don't need to be a super strong swimmer or a master climber to try coasteering. Your guide will help you and show you what to do so you can have lots of fun and stay safe at the same time.
