Outdoor activity is when you do something outside, usually with other people or on your own. This can be anything from going for a walk in the park, playing a game of Frisbee, having a picnic, or going for a hike in the woods. By going outside and enjoying the fresh air and sunshine, you can feel energized and healthier. Our bodies need to move and exercise, even if go it's something as simple as walking or running.
