Cognitive radio

Cognitive radio is like a superpower for your regular radio. It can change what it does in order to improve the way it grabs and sends out information. It does this by taking in lots of different signals from many different sources at the same time. For example, if your radio can usually only pick up one station at a time but with cognitive radio it can pick up a few at once. That way, it can do a better job of finding the signal you want and ignoring others that you don't. In addition to being able to pick up multiple signals, it can also switch between those signals quickly, so that you get all the information you need without any delays.
