ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Cohen's h

Cohen's h is a way of measuring the size of a difference between two groups. It's like a special ruler, but instead of measuring the length of something, it measures the size of the difference in a group of numbers. For example, if one group had 4 people and the other group had 10 people, Cohen's h would show that the difference between the two groups is quite big.
