Coherence therapy

Coherence therapy is a type of therapy that helps people find and understand their own feelings, thoughts and beliefs that might be causing them distress or difficulty. In coherence therapy, therapists and clients work together to uncover underlying core assumptions and beliefs that play a role in mental health struggles or life difficulties. This type of therapy also strives to help clients find meaning, purpose and connectedness in their lives. Coherence therapy helps to create balance and harmony in the person's life by helping them identify and change any unhelpful or negative beliefs and assumptions so that they can heal and move forward.
