ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Coincidence circuit

Okay, imagine you have two toys that make noise, like drums or maracas. If you hit one toy and then, at the exact same time, hit the other toy too, they will both make noise together, right? That's called a coincidence because they happened at the same time.

A coincidence circuit is like those toys, but instead of making noise, it lets electricity through when two signals happen at the same time. Think of it like two puzzle pieces that need to fit together perfectly at the same time for the circuit to work. When these signals match up perfectly, it allows electricity to travel through and do things like turn on a light, open a door, or make a sound.

So, a coincidence circuit is like a special puzzle that needs two pieces to fit together perfectly in order for it to work. When the puzzle pieces fit perfectly, it lets electricity through to do cool things!
