Cold-pressed juice

Hey there kiddo! Have you ever heard of cold-pressed juice? It's like regular juice, but made in a special way that's really good for you!

So, when you have a regular juice, you use something called a juicer that squeezes all the juice out of the fruits and veggies. But with cold-pressed juice, they use something called a hydraulic press.

This press is really powerful and uses a lot of pressure to slowly squeeze all the juice out of the fruits and veggies. This means that you get way more juice than you would with a regular juicer, and all of the nutrients and vitamins in the juice are still there because they haven't been destroyed by heat.

The reason it's called "cold-pressed" is because they don't use any heat in the process. Instead, they keep everything really cold so that none of the nutrients get damaged. This helps keep the juice fresh and good for you.

So, in summary, cold-pressed juice is made by using a really powerful machine to squeeze all the juice out of fruits and veggies without using any heat, which means you get more nutrients and vitamins than you would with regular juice. Pretty cool, huh?
