Coleopter

Okay kiddo, so coleopter is just a fancy word for a beetle. You know those bugs that have hard shells and antennas that stick out of their heads? That's what coleopters are! They come in all different shapes and sizes and can be found all around the world. Some of them can fly and some of them crawl on the ground, but they all have one thing in common - their hard, protective shell. This shell keeps them safe from other animals that might want to eat them. So next time you see a beetle while you're playing outside, just remember, that little guy is a coleopter!
