Collier v Wright Ltd

Okay, so there are two companies named Collier and Wright. They got into a disagreement called a lawsuit, which is like when two kids argue and need a grown-up to decide who's right. In this case, the judge had to decide who was right between Collier and Wright.

What happened was Collier signed a contract with Wright to work for them. But then, Collier said that Wright did some things that weren't very nice, so Collier stopped working for them. Wright didn't like that Collier stopped working, and they sued him for breaking the contract they had.

The judge had to decide if Collier was right to stop working for Wright because of the mean things they did, or if he had to keep working because he signed the contract.

In the end, the judge decided that Collier had a good reason to stop working for Wright because the mean things they did were bad. So Collier didn't have to keep working for Wright and didn't have to pay them any money for breaking the contract.
