Collimator sight

Okay kiddo, so imagine you're playing a game of darts. You know how you have to aim the dart so that it hits the bullseye? Well, a collimator sight helps you aim a weapon the same way!

The collimator sight is a little device you put on your gun or rifle. When you look through it, you'll see a bunch of dots or lines. These dots and lines help you line up your shot so that you hit your target.

Now, you might be wondering how the dots and lines know where to go. That's where things get a little technical. You see, there's a laser or LED (like the light on your nightlight) inside the collimator sight that shines onto a tiny mirror. This mirror bounces the light back into your eye, creating those dots and lines you see.

Basically, the collimator sight helps you aim accurately just like how a teacher might use a pointer to point at something on the board. It makes it easier for you to hit your target and win the game!
