Command responsibility

Command responsibility is when someone in charge of something, like an army captain, takes responsibility for what happens when people under their command do something wrong. For example, if someone in an army captain's group does something bad, the army captain is responsible for making sure it doesn't happen again and for taking for taking care of the problem.
