Commission on Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture is a group of people from all over the world who work together to make sure that what's in our food is safe, healthy and good for the environment. They do this by studying and protecting plants and animals used in the production of food, like what kinds of wheat, cows, corn, or apples are the best for people and for the planet. They also look for ways to conserve and make sure these resources don't get lost or used up too quickly. They work to make sure the planet is healthy and that farmers have the resources they need to produce nutritious and tasty food.
