Commission on Isotopic Abundances and Atomic Weights

Commission on Isotopic Abundances and Atomic Weights is a group of scientists who work together to figure out how common different types of atoms are in nature. This helps us better understand like what things are made of. For each type of atom, they figure out how much of that type of atom is found in the world. They also figure out the "weight" of each atom so that scientists can compare different types of atoms to one another.
