ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Community health

Community health is about making sure that everyone in a community is healthy and has access to care. It is about making sure that everyone in a community has enough food to eat, a safe home, clean water, and access to medical care. It also involves making sure that everyone in a community has access to educational resources, and that people feel supported and respected in their communities. Community health workers are professionals who are trained to help people in their communities stay healthy. They may help provide access to health care services and resources, provide health education and advice, and connect people with other services they may need.
