Community integration

Community integration means becoming part of a group of people who live and work in the same place. Imagine you moved to a new town and you want to make friends with the other kids who live there. You might join a sports team or a club to meet new friends. That's what community integration is. It's about finding ways to do things with the people around you and feel like you belong.
