Company of One Hundred Associates

So imagine you have a big toy box with 100 toys in it. Now, let's say you have 100 friends who all want to play with the toys in your box.

Instead of each friend taking some toys and playing by themselves, they all decide to play together and share the toys.

This is sort of like what a company with 100 associates is. 100 people work together to do a big job and share the work, just like your friends shared the toys in the toy box.

Instead of toys, though, they might be working on making a product or providing a service for people. Each person has a job to do so that the company can make the product or provide the service really well.

When everyone works together, they can get a lot done and make something really great.
