Complexity theory and organizations

Complexity Theory is the idea that some systems, like organizations, can be made up of many different parts. These parts each have their own rules and relationships they must follow, making it difficult to understand the whole system. Complexity Theory is a way to look at how these systems are organized and working together. It can help us understand how organizations operate, why some things work, and why others don't.
