Computational magnetohydrodynamics

Computational magnetohydrodynamics is a way to use math and computers to help us understand the magnetic and fluid forces (the mixing of air and liquid) that exist in space. It helps us explore how things like stars and planets move and interact with each other. It works by taking the different physical laws that control how magnetism and fluids interact with each other, and then solving them with math. Computers help scientists turn all of that math into pictures and help them understand what is happening. That understanding can then be used to help us learn more about space.
