Computer-aided facility management

Computer-aided facility management (CAFM) is a system that uses computers to help manage a building or property. It helps people to keep track of things like equipment, space, or staff, so that you can be sure each area is being taken care of. For example, if you had a big office building, and you wanted to know what space each person was using, CAFM would help you track which areas belong to whom. It can also be used to help with maintenance and repair of the building, like if something needs to be checked or fixed. All this information is then stored in the computer, making it easy to access and update when needed.
