Concept mining is a way of finding out what people are talking about on the Internet. Basically, it uses a computer program to search for words or phrases that are related to a particular topic or idea. For example, if you wanted to know how people feel about a new product, the program might look at all the comments people have made online and try to find out what words they're using to describe it. It can then put all of those words together to figure out what people think about the product.
