Congener (alcohol)

When you drink alcohol, there are little tiny things inside called congeners. They're like the different ingredients that make up each kind of alcohol. Just like how different cakes have different ingredients that make them taste and look different, different alcohols have different congeners that make them taste and look different too. Some congeners can make you feel pretty bad and have a worse hangover, while others aren't as bad. So, it's always best to pay attention to how much you're drinking and what kind of alcohol you're drinking too.
